By registering for any Astro-TEC program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is complete upon payment.
  • Astro-TEC reserves the right to postpone or cancel programs.
  • Refunds or credits may be issued where applicable.

3. Program Delivery

Astro-TEC reserves the right to update program content, schedules, or delivery methods where necessary.

4. Participant Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully.
  • Participants must meet eligibility requirements.
  • Astro-TEC may terminate participation due to misconduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials remain the intellectual property of Astro-TEC and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

Astro-TEC shall not be liable for damages or losses except where caused by gross negligence or misconduct.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ogun State, Nigeria.

8. Updates to Terms

Astro-TEC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
