Reform Process

1. Identification of Issues: Gathering feedback from students, staff, and external reviews.

2. Analysis and Research: Conducting investigations and evaluating potential solutions.

3. Development of Recommendations:Creating structured recommendations for improvement.

4. Implementation: Applying changes to programs, services, policies and procedures.

5. Evaluation and Monitoring:Assessing the effectiveness of reforms continuously.

  • Leadership and direction by the Director/CEO
  • Oversight by the Reform Committee
  • Faculty and staff implementation support

Review and Revision

This policy will be reviewed and revised periodically, but at least once every year.
